Amid an environment dominated by content feeds and direct messages, our mission was to forge creator-to-fan experiences that fostered genuine, real-time connections.

I led design on a 0-1 chat experience called Huddles, where fans can interact with their favorite creators and build a Discord-esque community. Fans can freely engage in a general admission (GA) chat or subscribe to unlock an exclusive VIP chat experience.
